H&M Menswear spring 2010 Look Book

For 2010 H&M is expanding its men’s line with more trend pieces that were seen on the runways. Spring offers more daring pieces like skirts, harem pants, fringe, ethnic prints and tie dye, along with classic cuts like blazers, dress pants, leather jackets, button down shirts, jeans, grandpa sweaters and vests.

H&M has always been a stop and shop place here in Atlanta for picking up tailored slim pieces and accessories. Their suits are greatly priced and well fitting. For the winter they brought out clean cut pieces and kept dark hues for a professional sleek look with details, but for the spring coming around (not all too soon), it looks like their trying to push the envelope for menswears. The colors are vibrant without overdoing it and it looks like the fits are as natural as always, it's going to be interesting seeing this in person. Look two is my favorite.

I'm not to interested in going Marc Jacobs with the skirt and all though.

Burberry's Art Of The Trench

Recently Burberry has started a site dedicated to the heritage of Burberry's always popular Trench Coat. The site purely consisting of images around the world of fashion in places like New York, Venice, Berlin and Toronto shows the style and quality that Burberry has and always will bring with it's coats since 1856.

Scott Schuman was one of few photographers asked to take photo's of people in these places. Some of his shots can be been on his site TheSartorialist.com which never fails.

It's well put together and they have it broken down cause there are so many photo's. Comment, check the details and share with others, this was a great project idea and another way to market themselves. You'll fall in love with this.

I want one.

Jam this in your Ipod..

Ryan Leslie released his second album "Transition" this pass fall and a friend of mine let me get a copy of it earlier this week. So far I've really enjoyed it. In a world of over played radio, taking it back to simple melodies and vocals is all one can ask for to make it, or ride to per say. With this album, Ryan has done that. Smooth track laying, good hooks and "get your swexy right" tones will be sure to have your weekend night ready to go. Tracks like "Something that I like" get the coolest vibe going when your buttoning up your pressed shirt, "Guardian Angel" to have a safe drive and "When we dance" to let that PYT known that there's no other compared to you.

I wouldn't doubt you'll enjoy the direction of this CD, it'll make you want to have that drink on the rocks.

Keeping the Motivation

This is my office wall, it stretches across and continues to grow in my room. All from magazines and websites that I enjoy, interest, inspiration and motivation that I keep in front of me so to speak. Somehow it brings me peace of mind, a silent way to keep telling myself this is what I want to do.. No, what I'm going to do. I know everything can't be perfect, but if you keep at, your bound to naturally perfect something.

I hope you keep whatever is that your growing a passion for or love in your sight everyday.

Ps: Sorry no pics of looks of mine have been posted, I'll straighten up on that.

Ten Best Suits For Under $500

In a effort for becoming a well dressed man, one must own a suit. Of course when you think of suit, you merely at most think about the price and least about tailoring. These suits here are under $500 and already have a modern update to them so you don't have to worry much about tailoring and are ready to wear.

But a experienced tailor can make this look from $500 to $5000. Gentlemen, it's time to suit up!

1. Nailhead wool suit, $475, by Nautica (left)
A perfect cold-weather suit, crafted from a hardy wool.

2. Pin-striped wool suit, $270, by Perry Ellis
The peak lapel and ticket pocket lend this black suit a decidedly younger edge.
3. Pin-striped cotton suit, $370, by A|X Armani Exchange (left)
Boasting Armani’s trademark relaxed but stylish fit, this cotton suit speaks more to the young man than the young businessman.

4. Worsted wool suit, $495, by Tommy Hilfiger (center)
The narrow lapels say early ’60s; the fuller-cut pants say comfort. For a trim fit like the one pictured here, try a size smaller than you would normally wear.

5. Pin-striped wool suit, $256, by Calvin Klein
Basic but stylish. An ideal suit for the first-timer hitting the job market.
6. Corduroy suit, $268, by United Colors of Benetton (left)
This suit looks great straight off the rack—slim and suave. Try the jacket with jeans, or the pants with just a dress shirt. And remember: A tie bar will amp up any suit.

7. Worsted-wool-blend suit, $245, by Claiborne (center)
A light blue shirt always goes well with brown, while a narrow tie will instantly make a suit look younger.

8. Plaid wool suit, $249, by H&M
H&M makes remarkably good (and cool) suits at bargain prices. The subtle gray plaid adds character without going overboard.
9. Pin-striped wool suit, $125, by Target Men (left)
Try a muted shirt-and-tie combo for a more modern look. And have your tailor take in the jacket and pants for a more athletic fit.

10. Three-piece wool suit, $396, by Express Design Studio
Notice the subtle tie. A three-piece suit makes enough of a statement; it doesn’t need help from loud accessories.

The Smell of things: Part 3 of 4

For last, I used Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme. This fresh, woody fragrance is effervescent with bright, sparkling notes and gave a pleasing scent at it's open. I couldn't imagine not having this noticed throughout the day.

As it turned out, it got well deserved compliments, some close encounters seem to give a sensual tone in conversation from the ladies spoken with and made it easy for them to notice. Maybe it was the flirting, but this cologne is a good one that last through the day and is a great one in night, even better on a date. It's not soft, but it's not strong, it's a great mix for those that want a simple luxury with tasteful confidence. With the disappointment of the Cartier Roadster, YSL's L'Homme has given a challenge to it's opponent Tom Ford.

Notes:
Bergamot, Cedar, Ozonic Notes, White Ginger, Basil Flower, White Pepper, Violet Leaves, Cedarwood, Haiti Vetiver, Tonka Bean.
Style:
Magnetic. Sensual. Intriguing.

Obsession: Naked Juice

Doesn't it just look tasteful and refreshing?

I know you've seen some of these floating around or someone drinking one, but have you had one is the question? These juices are so good, I'm stuck on them. I mix them wit my smoothies after my workout and they are great! If your big on cardio, then you already know that smoothies are a great way to go for getting your carbs in without any added sugars for instant recovery. It jump starts my day without delay, they have great selection of flavors (Mighty Mango is my favorite) and boasters for those looking to feel refreshed or get more antioxidants in your system. You can find them at your local grocery store and Starbucks.

Tuesday's Smoothie
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Banana
1 Mighty Mango Naked Juice
1 Teaspoon of Honey
